Research undertaken by the Canadian Working Group on HIV and Rehabilitation (CWGHR) with funding from Scotiabank indicated that a critical gap existed for employers; that being a ‘business case’ or economic argument supporting the inclusion in employment of people living with episodic disabilities needed to be articulated.

This document, produced by CWGHR intends to fill that gap by articulating a clear economic argument for the hiring and retention of people living with episodic disabilities by Canadian companies of all sizes and in a range of industry and job types.
